Website Design Methodology

Many site designers these days seem to think that the way to impress us is to use flashy graphics and complicated un-intuitive multi-level menus.

...When in actuality, studies have shown over and over again that what visitors to a website really want is simplicity. They want their inquiry satisfied and done so without undo effort on their part.

These same designers also think that a website is about them and their talents, or about their clients... But this too is a misconception and the real truth is that a website is about the visitor.

Without visitors to a website, there's not much reason to build one. The sites I choose to create are designed, built, and maintained using a simple philosophy... Not plain or boring or unimaginative, but rather fresh, well-formed ideas that are clear, concise and to the point.

I believe that my client's message should be delivered with clarity - not overshadowed by gratuitous extras. I believe strongly in functionality, yet doing so without sacrificing design. I approach web projects with clean intuitive navigation systems and straight-forward design elements.

I work with you through the entire process to convey your message and do so while keeping the visitor in mind.

In these days of instant gratification and short attention spans, it's more important than ever to keep your visitors engaged and wanting to stay.

In addition to the traditional design process, I also work to make sure that your site is seen and ranked well with the many search engines. It's no longer good enough to just have a web site, you must be seen too!

I care about my client's needs and am dedicated to their success with the truest sense of honesty. I say what I mean and mean what I say - integrity is the most important asset I can bring to the table.
